After high school, I graduated from OBU with an elementary education degree. I taught second grade for 6 years in Verdigris where I met & married my husband, David, and became a mom to Brit, then 11 years old. I eventually made the leap to the oil & gas industry, working for Samson in Tulsa until 2005 when I transferred to Houston (now working for Citation Oil & Gas). David & I have spent the past 4 years following Brit's college football career (Go Ragin Cajuns!!), so we're now filling our time with Texans & Astros games... :)
