after high school I went to app state then on to UNCG for a masters in school counseling. I've been an elementary school counselor for many years, so many I retired after 30 years in June 2015. Woo- hoo! I decided to be a parent WAY too late in life! But life is good..he keeps me young and it is funny hearing yourself say the same things your parents said!

Oh lord--thought I was way too cool as many of us did. I remember art class -we put a spanish ending on all of our names--I think I was Cindita, there was a ralphriguez, sandita...getting our arms slapped for not being relaxed enough on the wheel during drivers ed. Good ol coach hodge. The worst was probably the frog disection in biology, I decided I would have to take a lower grade, I just couldn't handle it...having trouble concentrating on geometry in coach morrisons class( my, my) ...and he went to my church!...didn't do well...I had a lot of fun with sandy chandler and judy leach, her sisters , my sisters, judy probably didn't have fun when we ran out of gas on the way to school all the time...in my car of course... :) we all lived on the same street with Scott guite and bob Elgin...I think we were too loud for Scott and bob! So many fun memories!
