I am the epitome of the "perennial student." Having completed a bachelor's degree at Ohio University ('92), and graduate degrees at Villanova ('94), and Western Michigan ('03), I am STILL in the process of completing the dissertation for my doctorate (a constant point of contention and humor for my friends and family...bastards!). Between procrastinating on the dissertation and recently receiving tenure, I finally made time to fall in love and asked Barb to marry me last September.
