m. 1971 to Andy Sikula (divorced 1978) with 2 children and a MSW;
m. 1983 to Fred Clarke (died 2000) with 2 children and a PhD with working at my husband's science fiction, horror, & fantasy film magazine, Cinefantastique. until selling it in 2002;
Taught graduate and undergrad social work classes at Murray State University, U of I Chicago, and Elmhurst College;
Decades of psychotherapy private practice (ended in 2005);
Since 2003, Independence Plus, Inc., a privately held home health company;
GramaCele to almost ten grandchildren;

By the lockers outside the band room, Ann Parkinson (of all people) started cracking up and slapped me on the back--throwing my face into an open locker--and chipping my top front tooth. I couldn't stop laughing but it's been capped ever since.
My "Sloppy Joe" Party where my dad joined us and embarrassed me by putting his arms around me...and slapping a raw egg on the middle of my back. God bless him because he left a bowl full of raw eggs for us before ducking inside.
Car accident after car accident! When I finally got my driving privileges back, I backed up our 1961 Cadillac (with the pointy fins) right into Jim Staley's car. (I don't think I ever talked to Jim again.)
