Billy lost his life when a mini-van ran off the road (Robious Road) the evening of Thursday, February 26th and crashed into his home and sadly killed him.  Below is his obituary from the Richmond Times-Dispatch.  Thank you Brian Slater for making us aware of this.  God rest Billy's soul:

HILLSMAN, William Francis, 54, of Bon Air, died February 26, 2015. He is survived by his mother, Frances H. Lipford (Horace); two brothers, Thomas N. Hillsman Jr. (Jean) and Michael N. Hillsman (Therese); one sister, Peggie H. Drinkwater (Ray); his nephew, Joshua N. Hillsman (Brooke); and his niece, Lindsie H. Kniska (Nick). Mr. Hillsman was a long-time employee of Lowe's. His family will receive friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 2700 Dolefield Dr., where a memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Richmond Habitat for Humanity.
