Getting into a major standoff with the whole Lane campus guard clan while cutting class. I kicked some butt, but, Ms. Hyashi 86'd me from the hallguards.

Working and playing.

I still write code, hang out at the beach, hike, camp, SCUBA dive, do yoga, swim, exercise fairly regularly.

Always a clown and a bit if an outlaw, I never really followed the rules. Principle Sylbur and the disciplinary office trio and I were on a first name basis. When repeated suspensions didn't straighten me out, I was pressed into duty fixing Mr Pauly's car and cleaning bathrooms after school. Looking back, I really appreciate that tough love. These days they would just toss you out of school and call it a day.

Kickin' back the past 12 years on Maui. Three kids and the wife all left, one by one but I remain, with a new companion, lol!
San Diego for 12 years before that writing code for the financial trading industry. Did a little stint for a couple if years in NYC right after grad school in upstate NY where I met my wife. So proud that I mostly managed to mostly stay out of trouble during the whole journey ;)
