I am saddened to learn of Marsha's passing. After highschool, I kept up with Marsha via her mom! "Mrs. Walker" was my supervising teacher when I was doing my student teaching at Sixth District School. Kindness and the desire to help others must have been passed down from Mother to Daughter given the work that Marsha pursued. It is sad when we lose friends and even sadder when we lose friends who work hard to make this world a better place.
