Margaret was a buddy from grade 4 onwards . We were competetors in GAA with softball throw and 50 yard dash. Not to mention Mr and Mrs Walling's classes at Pleasant Ridge and Shroeder. I am saddened by her passing . The last reunion we got to catch up , and I will hold dear those memories

Georgia...Margaret really enjoyed the reunion, seeing all the schoolmates from days gone by. We talked and laughed about it all the way home. I had the fortune of being in contact with her on an almost daily basis. We worshipped together and she and my wife were serious card players that met regularly. I will miss her one of a kind sense of humor and her fantastic ability to remember exact dates and numbers. She had a great spirit.

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of someone I hold dear in my heart. Years separated us but a friend is someone we may not see often but when reunited we speak and act as if it were we only saw each other yesterday. When I saw Margaret at the 50th reunion, it was like that. We spoke as if we were still the young girls  we had been in junior high school.

Margaret, Kathy Hill and I walked home often and would part company  at Ridge and Woodford. I remember Margaret as a gentle soul with a quck wit and wonderful sense of humor. At the reunion, those same qualities were ever present. We dined together and laughed as we had those many years ago. She will be sorely missed.

May God hold you gently in his loving hands. We are all better people for having known you.

I am so sorry to hear of Margaret's passing. Margaret and I first met at Pleasant Ridge Elementary School. So we go a far ways back. I had the pleasure of chatting with her about a year ago about our 50th reunion to update her on what we were planning to do. She was excited to hear about the plans, and said she would try to attend. We had fun recalling our school days at PR Elementary, Shroder and Woodward. What I will always remember about Margaret was she was always smiling smiley!!

I believe I saw Margaret once after high school, at the 40th reunion, but I remember her well as a very cheerful, very witty friend. She always lit up a room with her warm and cheerful personality. It's true, even though I had not seen her in decades, it was as though we had seen each other every day since our Shroder and Woodward days. She left so many of us with wonderful memories.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Margaret's passing. Margaret and her son were patients in my practice until 2010, when I stopped working full time. At some point we made the connection that we were both in the class of '64, and often reflected about those years. She was warm, friendly, and I was always happy to see her on my schedule. Her son's health was compromised, and it was quite obvious how dedicated she was, caring and looking after him.

She will be missed.
