Steve was my cousin. It was always the so much fun to visit as there were always so many things going on.

He craved attention and was very entertaining, (to the point of setting himself on fire one year as the climax of our family thanksgiving celebration}- And I thought my dressing up as a turkey would be the best.
Stevie entered the soap box derby one year. He got sponsors from area businesses. He dieted to try to be the lightest, and therefore, fastest racer. Unfortunately, it was the heaviest car and driver that won. But he made a valliant effort.
He was a really sweet, and kind of crazy fun cousin. I miss him.
Although I never knew Steve well, I ran into him one summer day, and we went to a party together sometime in the next week. I don't remember whose party it was, but we had a great time. I've wondered about him from time to time.
