When we left Coffeyville after my Soph year, we moved to Illinois. After my Junior year in Illinois my parents divorced and Mom and I moved to Lexington, KY. I did my Sr year in Lexington and then got my Bachelors degree in Communications at the University of KY. I graduated in 1993 and married Rus in 1994. I worked in advertising sales and then pharmaceutical sales until 2002 when we decided I would "retire" to care for our family. That has been the second best decision I've ever made. The BEST decision I've made was to trust Jesus as my Lord and Savior in January 1999! Now, I have the opportunity to share my faith on a weekly radio program called "Contagious!"
School Story:
One of my favorite hilarious memories is of Julie and I standing outside in the snow, in our pajamas, trying to open a twist-off bottle of champagne with a corkscrew just so we could see what it tasted like! Needless to say, we never got it open, but nearly froze to death!
