One of the BEST FRIENDS of my life! He was so loved by his patients, their families, his coworkers, and the staff at the Hospitals where he practiced. Such a great loss!
Victor was a great guy and friend growing up in Columbia. I remember all the great times we had at the movies and at school as well. Vic was not but 5'10" when he graduated from CHS but at our first reunion; I was blown away by his height, must have been over 6 ft tall and was much bigger. I know he is still missed by all who knew him...he was special.
