Rick Demarest

Started following Jesus in college.
Graduated from South Dakota State University in 1982 in Agriculture Engineering.
Came on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in 1983 and have worked with them ever since. I began employment in Brookings, SD and then transferred to Rapid City, SD in 1987. I was married in 1989 but this ended in 1993. (My claim to fame from came form this. I was married to Pamela Anderson only it was the redhead and not the blonde.)
In 2005 I moved on to the Pine Ridge Reservation to explore new ministry opportunities here. I love living in the Black Hills. I enjoy hiking, mountain biking and volleyball.

Football practice in the late summer. Playing baseball in the summer was good. Road trip with Coach Sweeter to see the Twins play a twi-nighter in the old Met Stadium with my brother and two others. Listening to ELO was fun. Going to the Valley drive in for some quick food.
