Comments:
After DHS I went onto college, met a lot of wonderful, interesting people and made some good friends. One of those friends later became my husband – Andreas (Andy for short) – in June of 1996. Right after getting my BA I decided that I didn’t get enough schooling, so I moved to New York and went for my MA. Since I loved school so much I decided to work for a few institutions of higher education as first a teacher/administrator then went into fundraising and public relations. This all eventually led me back into the area (I missed the trees, birds and not having to wake up to car alarms at 2am) where I worked for a non profit then did some consulting for WCSU and a private school until I had my first child Grace in 2001. I stayed home with my children (Lauren born 2004) for the last seven years, now I’m slowly re-entering the working world as a financial compliance administrator (part-time). Hope life has been as good to you and I look forward to seeing you at the reunion.
