We just moved to House Springs Missouri this winter and I opened up another new Menards...this time in Manchester, which is in a nice suburb of St Louis. In July I will have worked for Menards for 20 years. My highlight came two years ago when we finished #1 in the company out of 285 stores in increased sales. We finished #6 last year so I figured it was time to move on.
I spend all of my free time with my wife and best friend Gina and the three kids we still have at home.

If anyone remembers me passing out in class after having my blood drawn, that was the first in a line of "pass outs". Since then, I have left doctors and dentists scratching their heads. In Elkhart, Indiana, my daughter had to have stitches in her foot...I left work and met my wife and her at the hospital. Before anyone knew it, I was laying in the hospital bed and my daughter was in the chair on the side of the bed! I may have been the only one ever booted out of that hospital. A year or so later, I had to have my blood drawn at the doctor's office. I told the nurse I would probably pass out. She stated "no one EVER passes out when I draw their blood. (with an attitude). 10 seconds later I was out like a light!!
