Gary A. Armstrong

I joined the Marine Corps Reserve, then I joined the Navy. I got married and we had two children. I retired from the Navy in 2013 after 26 years of honorable service. I then worked as a Financial Manager for the Urban League of Hampton Roads until November 2014. I opened the doors to my business (Scalp Aesthetics of Virginia Beach) on 15 December 2015 and have been providing scalp micropigmentation to the area every since.

I was quiet in school and stayed out of trouble. I was a pop-locker dancer back then and mostly hung with my friends from Stivers that went to Patterson. I had some good friends at Dunbar and a few girlfriends also. My greatest achievement in high school was being in NJROTC. That class gave me my insight on what I wanted to do in my future. Overall, my high school memories were great.
