Michael Dale Callahan was born on February 14, 1945.  He passed away on August 1, 1997 at the age of 52.  Michael was born in Chicago, IL.  His parents, Sue and Dale Callahan, moved to Des Moines after World War II.  Michael reportedly passed away while living in Scottsdale, AZ.  Michael was predeceased by his father in 1972.  He was survived by his mother and his younger brother, Timothy (Jean) Callahan of Ventura, CA. (It is unknown if Michael was married and/or had children.)
