I went to SCC for a couple years and got my Associate of Arts degree in general studies. I worked security at the Catfish Bend Casino in Ft Madison until it moved to Burlington. Then I worked at Sheriffs office as C/O until I had my first child, Hunter William born Jan. 29 2009. I stayed at home working part time with mentally handicap lady in her home, part time karaoke dj, and started dabbling in photography. May 29 2011, I had my second child Fayelynn Rose. I also work part time as hotel desk clerk on top of everything else. My husband David works maintenance at Pinnacle Foods. Our 5th anniversary is Oct. 6, 2012.

I wasn't the best student which I regret. The type of student that could do great on tests by cramming and keeping my grades at average to get by. It wasn't till college that I decided to apply myself. I didn't like school because I was too affraid to do things like join sports, or make the most of my HS experience. I worried way too much about what people thought of me. I would definetly go back and do it over and differently. My favorite memory is when I got up in front of everyone at the Celebration Of Excellence Assembly singing and signing. something not many people expected me to do.
