After high school I tried college for a while, wasn't great at it so I tried working in other states. I have lived / worked in North Carolina and Texas. Somehow I ended up back in Delaware. I worked for Division of Child Support here for 6 years while finishing college. Now I have my Masters in Education. I teach Special Needs students whenever I can. It took me a while to find my "calling". I'm married to a wonderful man and we've been together 12 years. We now live in Florida.

I remember the time Bernie Burris and I painted a "school crest" on the driveway of the school. It was late at night and we had a gallon of blue paint and a gallon of white paint. It was really looking good until the cops arrived. They called Principal Pat Lynn and then let us go because he wasn't going to press charges for vandalism. Good thing.
