After several years ranching south of Eagle Butte, moved to St. Onge, then to Hot Springs, where I was employed by the VA and Ted worked for the Fall River Feedlot. After Ted's death in 1983,I worked my way up through the VA system, moving several times to take advantage of employment opportunities. I enjoyed living in Grand Island, Las Vegas and Marion, IN, retiring in October of 1997 and moving back to Hot Springs, near the homes of my daughters. My mother, Mary Hinzman, lived with me until her death in 2004. I enjoy gardening, remodeling, reading, playing cards with my neighbors and spoiling my great grandkids.
