Kathy Austin Mann

After living in Painted Post for 38 years, I sold my home and on January 28, 2014, I moved to Florida. I live on the gulf side and really enjoy it.

Worked in the Corning School District as a Teacher Assistant and Substitute Teacher in Special Ed and various other classrooms. Am planning on starting work in the Charlotte County School District in the Fall.

My son Sean married in September of 2008. He and Shannon got married in Aurora, NY on Cayuga Lake. It was a beautiful wedding!! They moved from Ithaca, NY to St. Petersburg, FL almost 2 years ago.

My son Shane works at Sitel in Painted Post, NY. He is planning on joining us all in Florida soon.

Have had a lot of fun working on our reunion with my classmates. Was sad that I am not able to work or meet with them any more since I have moved. Am very excited about our 45th reunion. Everyone works very hard and I'm sure it is going to be a lot of fun and I'm really excited to see my classmates again. Since our 40th reunion, whoever has been able to get together, has done so in August at Bernie Murray's every year. It has been a lot of fun doing that. Hopefully, after our 45th reunion, more people will be able to get together in August and continue these wonderful mini reunions. It is a lot of fun!!

So many changes in life since our 45th!! Mostly good but also some sad. Looking forward to old age!!
