I Retired from the Dept. of Corrections in 2006 as a secretary. My retirement got off to a rocky start with a Hip Replacement and Pacemaker the same year, but I have been blessed with good health since. My husband, Bob, retired in 2013, and we both are busier than ever. I am presently working P/T as a Receptionist at a local Beauty Salon - I call it my Grandbaby and Casino $$$. I absolutely love being a grandmother. Unfortunately, my grandson lives in AZ, and my g'daughters live in Rochester and Florida, so I envy families who have their grandchildren living close to them. Just found out recently that we are going to be Grandparents again so we are very excited. Now that both Bob and I are retired, it gives us flexibility to travel and see our families more often.
It was great seeing everyone who was able to make our 45th Reunion this past wknd. May you all be blessed with good health and happiness until I see you again at our 50th :)
