I moved to California June of 87. I currently work for a non profit organization for the blind called the Braille institute of America. I have been with this company for 14 years in the Information Technology Department as a Systems Administrator. Although I do not work directly with those that are blind, I provide a supporting role by providing the technological solutions that runs the organization. It's been a great place to work. I get the awesome benefit of being able to sleep well knowing that although indirect, I make a difference in people's lives. That in itself is the most rewarding fringe benefit.
