Earnest Scott, Jr. 49, died on June 7, 2011 at his home in Port St Lucie, Florida.

He was born on September 27, 1961 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

He was a resident of Port St. Lucie for 6 years coming from Fort Pierce, Fl. He attended the local schools here in St. Lucie Co. and worked as laborer in the Agricultural Industry.

Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his brothers: Artemus B. Scott and Lee Scott

Survivors include: Sons: Darius Vickers of Hondulus, Hawaii. Earnest Scott, III of Port St. Lucie, Fl. and Lucious Holloman of Ft. Pierce, Fl.

Daughters: Demetia S. Scott of Jacksonville, Fl. and Tiffany Y Scott of Lesville, LA.

Father: Earnest Scott, Sr. of Port St. Lucie, Fl.

Mother: Arnita Scott of Port St. Lucie, Fl.

Brothers: Rev Dr. Marvin R. Scott of Tallahassee, Fl.

Sisters: Francine White of Port St. Lucie, Fl. and Earnestine Glover of Rochester, New York

Services: Visitation will be 3pm-7pm, Friday , June 10, 2011 and Saturday, 9am-10am, June 11, 2011 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, 11am, June 11, 2011 at Greater St James Missionary Baptist Church with Rev Dr. Marvin Scott, officiating. A burial will be in Sarah's Memorial Gardens.
