He was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida attending the local schools here in St. Lucie County. He was employed as a laborer in the construction industry.

He was preceded in death by his father: Willie Lee Lewis, Sr.

Survivors include: Sons: Willie Lee Lewis, III of Ft. Pierce, Fl. Michael Anthony Lewis of Ft. Pierce, Fl. and Damian Lavar Woods of Ft. Pierce, Fl.

Daughter: Cassandra Lee Lewis of St. Petersburg, Fl.

Mother: Ida Hardeman of Fort Pierce, Florida.

Brothers: Dennis Hardeman of Pompano Beach, Florida. Anthony Lewis of St. Petersburg, Florida. Wallace Stacy Hardeman of St. Petersburg, Florida and Willie Leroy Lewis of Madison, Florida.

Sisters: Rose Lewis-Davey of Miami, Florida. Jacqueline Edwards of St. Petersburg, Fl. and Teresa Espy of Albany, Ga.

Services: Visitation will be held 3pm-7pm, Friday, June 1, 2012 and 9am-10am, Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Sarah’s Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, June 2, 2012, 12pm, at New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
