Grace "Elaine" Outlaw (Stevens)

Grace "Elaine" Stevens, 51, died Aug. 3, 2012, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce.

She was born Aug. 3, 1961 in Miami and lived in Fort Pierce for 48 years coming from her birthplace.

She retired from the Fort Pierce Housing Authority where she was employed for 16 years. She was a member of Liberty Truth & Deliverance Church. She attended St. Lucie County Schools and graduated from Westwood High School with the Class of 1979 and Bethune Cookman College in Daytona Beach.

Survivors include her husband: Henry Stevens of Fort Pierce.

Daughter: Alyssa Williams-Moore of Fort Pierce.

Step-sons: Stanley Stevens, Tim Stevens, Sherman Stevens, Henry J. Stevens and Henry C. Stevens, all of Fort Pierce.

Mother: Grace Caynon of Fort Pierce. Biological mother: Jeanette Harvey of Miami.

Brothers: Victor Harvey of Plantation, Willie Harvey of Sunrise. Vincent Harvey, Theodore Harvey and Derek Harvey all of Miami.

Sisters: Angela Gibson of Miami. Bonita Young, Mary Wells and Morita Scruggs, all of Fort Pierce.

Grandchildren-3

She was preceded in death by her father, William P. Outlaw; and stepdaughter, Tawana Stevens-Barron.

Services: Visitation will be from 3 to 7p.m. Aug. 10 and 9 to 11a.m. Aug. 11 at Sarah’s Memorial Chapel in Fort Pierce. A homegoing service will be at Noon Aug. 11 at Greater Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church in Fort Pierce. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park

elaine was such a nice person i seen her a few years ago so sad to see she has passed rip to we meet again
