Leslie "Mae" Crenshaw

Leslie "Mae" Crenshaw, 46, died March 15, 2007 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She was born in Fort Pierce and a lifelong resident. She was a cashier at Walmart. She was a graduate of Fort Pierce Central High School and attended Indian River Community College. Survivors include sons James Lee Irwing Jr. and Jeremy Brown, both of Fort Pierce; daughters, Angela Norwood and Lashune Norwood, both of Fort Pierce; brothers, Willie Crenshaw, Eddie Crenshaw, and Gregory Crenshaw, all of Fort Pierce, Jimmy Crenshaw of West Palm Beach, and Lennard Crenshaw of Ocala; sister Jennie Cooper of Fort Pierce; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Bennie Crenshaw Sr. and Ginnie Miller Crenshaw; brothers, Willie James Crenshaw, Bennie Crenshaw Jr., and Horace Crenshaw Sr.; and sister,Mildred Crenshaw. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m., March 23, and 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. March 24 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m., March 24 at House of God #1 in Fort Pierce. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
