Gregory Haldain Stubbs, 44, died Sept. 29, 2005, at sea off Fort Pierce. He was a native and resident of Fort Pierce. He was a cement finisher. He graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School. Survivors include his father, Jeremiah Stubbs of Carson, Calif.; sons, Gregory Johnson of North Carolina and Gernard Stubbs of Fort Lauderdale; daughter, Greketriss Stubbs of Belle Glade; brothers, Anthony Stubbs of Fort Pierce and Cal Hiram Stubbs of Orlando; and sisters, Alice Jackson and Jerelean Cruickshank, both of Fort Pierce. He was preceded in death by his mother, Christene Stubbs Nelson. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Oct. 7 at Pepper Park, Fort Pierce.
