Paul,
There are few people I have known as long as I've known you. We were born 8 days apart and we grew up together in school, church, the playground. You and the entire Edquist family hold a very special place in my heart for the way they took in a young boy whose Mother had just passed away and helped him heal. I have so many wonderful childhood to adult memories of times we shared…Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, 1st Methodist Church, VBS, Caney Creek, Astros games, Halloween parties…my life was better because you were a part of it. I am forever blessed to have had you and the your family in my life. I missed those occasional chances we got to see each other after I moved out West and relished the times we did get. I wish we could catch one more Astros game...
My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Edquist clan...God Bless you all.
Rest In Peace, my old friend,
Mike
