My family and I reside in Seattle now after being in both Portland and San Diego previously. I have a Master's in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and run my own Training, Rehab, and Pilates Studio. My husband has a Master's in Social Work and works as a Community Programs Supervisor for a National Foster Care Agency. We have 4 children, our 2 girls (10 and 3 mos.) and my 2 stepsons (16 and 13)who live with us full time. We are a busy household between children's sports and activities, and our full-time work schedules. I still participate in lots of running activities, strength training and various forms of exercise.
