Graduated from UND with BS in Chemical Engineering in 1993. Moved to Il to work at 3M chemical manufacturing site. Got married in 1994. Moved to Hastings, MN in 2000. Still living in Hastings. Have (5) children. Currently work at 3M and manage the environmental, health, safety and regulatory affairs for the Building and Commercial Services Division
