Marlena Nickel Johnson

I'm in my 22nd year with Shell Oil. I created an Innovation lab where we incubate new technologies and spin up rapid prototypes to de-risk and deploy across all of Shell Globally. It's fun, high profile, and the most demanding role I've held. I'm currently responsible for IoT & Sensors Innovation Theme. I enjoy connecting with folks in the tech. industry all across the globe. My job takes me to Europe and the West Coast quite frequently which I enjoy very much as well. Both of my kids just turned 21 this year, I'm almost an empty nester.
