Christy Deaton Murphy

I have worked in the legal field since I graduated. I worked for the Hunt County Attorney's Office for 10 years then decided it was time to move out of Hunt County so I began working for the Collin County District Attorney. After being there for a while, I took a position at the Shapiro Law Firm working for Howard and Todd Shapiro. I stay busy with the kids activities: cheerleading; ballet, tap, hip-hop, football, wrestling, basketball and baseball, and with my FRG (Family Readiness Group). My husband is FINALLY home from Iraq after a 15 month deployment. I stayed extrememly busy keeping care packages shipped every week and doing what I could for the Troop but I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. I'm very proud of my husband, my HERO and will support him and all of the others in the military until my time on this earth is done.
