Scott Knowles

After high school, I attended the University of Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. I practiced in Deerfield Beach as a Mechanical Engineer designing custom pumps for 3 years before switching fields to Civil Engineering in 1998. I worked in Fayetteville, GA for 4 years before moving back down to St. Augustine area. I am still in the Civil field, and am trying my best to set myself up to retire as a gentleman farmer. My wife Michele is a 2nd grade teacher in Crescent City and spends here free time hauling the boy around to ball games, boy scouts, you name it. We have been fortunate enough to relocate back to the farm, so my son will get some good exposure and hopefully learn to respect what so many people have been taking for granted.
