Since GVHS, I've been a college student(UNR), a newspaper intern(Salt Lake City and Sioux Falls), a reporter(no me gusta), an advertising copy writer(me gusta) and a fulltime Mom(me encanta).
I moved to Springfield, MO after college because newspaper reporters have to start in random, and somewhat undesirable, places. The plan was to get experience and exit the midwest as quickly as possible.
Love changes plans, though. Along with a husband, I gained an awesome little stepson, and we will be staying here until he is all grown up. 13 years to be specific.
My daughter, Nora, was born 5 months ago. For the moment, I'm digging her baby mojo more than writing. We'll see, though. I don't intend to be on the career sidelines forever.
