Nan was in my one of my math classes. I remember I sat in the first row, next to me was Dennis Osburn and next to him, Nan. We drove our teacher nuts but we had fun. I was shocked when I heard of her passing. She was so full of life.
I remember hanging out with Nan in those "hard", but cool days of Jr. High. I was devastated when her life was cut short. After raising kid's beyond her short lifespan and understanding more of what she went through, I must say, she did leave a great example behind for us all to learn from. I do miss ya girl.
Nan was a dear friend of mine and of Tracy Vinson at the time of her passing. She had a zest for life and loved many people. She had a broken heart at times, as we all have experienced. Unfortunatly hers never healed. She asked me to call her that night at a certain time. I was out and never made that call. It haunts me to this day..
Wanted to let classmates know how important Nan,was to me.She,was not only a classmate but the one who saved my Life. At that time I had my problems with drugs. One night I was so high, I was contemplating taking my own life. If it wasn't for Nan,talking to me all night,I would not be here today. My biggest regret is I couldn't be there for her. Since she passed I go to her Grave site several times a year..She was Angel that night 🌙

Nan was always full of laughter and she had a way of making me smile. I loved her bubbly and outgoing personality.
