In Memory

Brian Rhoda

Gone But Not Forgotten

Brian would have been in our class but he took his own life very young and never made it to graduation.  For those of you who shared classes with him in Grade School and Junior High, he is not forgotten and we pray he is at peace.

Wow, Brian Rhoda...man did I have some wild times with that cat. I most wold story with Brian was i was spending the night at his house. At 2am we took his folks car out for party ride. I swear his folks could sleep through a hurricane. Brian made so much noise getting the keys and opening the garage door and so on. I can't tell you how sad I was when i heard that he hung himself in the Hobart jail with his belt.

Me and Brian did the same thing we took his parents car for a joy ride at about 3 in the morning. But we weren't so lucky, we tried to out run the cops. At one point the cop was about to grap the door handle of are car but we took off and then thats when all hell broke lose. We ending up staying the night in jail. We had some good times on the basketball court and off.

Brian was a ladies man. He knew what to say and loved one girl through out the school years. He sure kept his neighborhood worried and his parents busy. Teachers included. There was no one like him. His passing was a sad one for many.
