Since High School:
I got married to Carrie in '99, and we lived in Worthington during her dietetic internship. Moved to Tiffin, OH in May of 2000 (she got a job there) where I worked in Findlay at a place called Kent's House of Screws (it's NOT what you think!). We sold a lot of nuts and bolts and wholesale industrial supplies. While I worked there, I volunteered at the YMCA as a basketball coach and loved it. I decided to go back to school to become a teacher at Terra Community College in Fremont, OH. While going to school there, I still worked at Kent's one day a week, but I also picked up a part time job at a group home and I really liked it a lot. I liked it so much that I majored in Special Education. I transferred to BGSU where I graduated in December of 2005. I then got a job in January at Springboro Schools (about 10 minutes south of the Dayton Mall) but Carrie was pregnant with our first child and our insurance was through her work. Luckily I had a cousin that lives in Centerville, so I stayed with her through the week and drove back to Tiffin for the weekends until Landon was born in June of 06. We then moved to Lebanon, OH in August of 2006. I am currently going for my masters degree in Education through Tiffin University, so I decided not to coach 7th grade basketball at Springboro this year. I will miss it immensely, but with a new baby at home (born in August) I felt I should.
Carrie works at DaVita dialysis as a facility administrator (she's the head honcho, not just there, but at home too!) :). She works M-W-F which allows her to be home with the kids more often since her unit is only open those days.
