School Story
Some of my favorite times were with all the other cheerleaders sophomore and junior year of high school. We would have 45 minutes of break time between school and cheer practice, so we would all pile into Andy Huffman's jeep and head to chik-fil-a only to make it back with seconds to spare! good times!
I was never meant for the militaristic lifestyle, I knew because the demerit system and I were best friends in cheer. I was always wearing the wrong bow, or accidentally bringing the wrong socks...
I played "Antigone" in the school's competition play my junior year. I was on stage for 45 out of the 53 minutes of the play. It was the single most terrifying thing I did in high school, and I never could remember what happened after I got off stage...
My favorite play to be in in high school was Grease, I'll submit pics here later.
I was the historian of drama club in HS, and I still have color printed copies of the theater yearbook I created. I'll share these as well!
I found out that other states don't wear mums to homecoming, it's just a Texas thing. I still have all of them, and I loved wearing them, so I'm glad to be from Texas.
During my bar exam, I lost my keys and was frantically rushing around to locate them, I asked the guy at the front desk who said no one turned them in, then another guy told me some lady walked off with them, then with 9 minutes to spare the front desk guy brought out my keys like "my bad, here they are". If I had had time (the time to be in your seat is strictly adhered to at the bar exam) I probably would have stopped to chew him out for not looking before he spoke earlier and nearly causing me to have a heart attack! Turns out I made it with 2 minutes to spare!
