I think most people know I met my husband Scott while we attended college at the University of Alabama. Our son, Jacob came along in July of 1998. He was just a baby when we had our 10 yr reunion and no one was going to see me a couple of weeks post-baby!
Let's see, since then, we've moved to Macon Ga and finally settled in Wilmington NC in 2004. Absolute incredible city, and who can beat living 15 minutes from the beach?
I speak to David Marik, daily, and if not daily, then 2-3 times a day. :-)
I miss my family and my extended family I left in Tuscaloosa and Macon, but LOVE coastal living.
Our other children include Phoenix and Dixie Belle who are Dachshunds (a wirehair and smooth, respectively).
Pushing 40 really stinks as I'm staring down my second back surgery since 2001. I'll let everyone know how it goes!
I entertain on a regular basis, and have become as a friend calls me "a wine, coffee, and vodka snob".
The thing I miss most about Alabama? EVERYTHING!!! But most of all, I miss God's country, ROLL TIDE ROLL!
