I attended the University of Montevallo for a short time, then moved to Florida with my family due to a transfer of job for my father. A few years after moving to Florida, I met Paul and we were married in 1994. I worked a few odd jobs before settling into a police dispatcher position until after Brendan was born in 1996. I then switched to a Credit Union teller for the daytime hours. In 1997, I was able to become a stay at home mom when we relocated to St. Augustine for Paul's active duty military job. Paul Daniel and Emma were both born in the St. Augustine area where we remained until September of 2000. Paul's military job took us to Northern Virginia where I remained a stay at home mom and earned my EMT certification and became a volunteer at a local rescue squad. I returned to school several years ago in hopes of earning a graphic design degree. In 2006 I kind of fell into a part time teaching position as the art teacher in 2006, and have been working at their school for the past three years now. My husband Paul recently retired from the Army after 31 years of service and has jumped with both feet into his home based conference/event planning for the federal government. My goal is to eventually go back to being a stay at home mom and open my own Pottery shop. Paul and I enjoy celebrity encounters and between the two of us have obtained quite a collection of pictures and autographs.
