I am glad someone found me, since my name has changed. I moved to Wichita in 1971, attended Wichita State University and graduated in 1975 with a nursing degree. I worked for 12 years in the Emergency Department. I returned to school in 1999 and graduated with a Masters in Nursing. I work in psychiatry with my husband, Paul, who is a psychiatrist.
I remember the day there was a tornado way out there in Overland Park. We could see it from the 4th floor!
We used to skip study hall and go to Winstead's for lunch, assuming you had a car or a friend with one. I skipped so many days of school my junior year I'm suprised I graduated! Mr. Greenstreet only caught us once.
