School Story:
You all know how how I was about school back then. After High School, I went from job to job for a while until I met my wife. Things changed then. I cut off my long locks and got a job selling cars at The Mauro Auto mall. A few years later, I started applying at banks fro finance work and shortly thereafter started as a Personal banker for Advantage Bank. I worked my way up the ranks and eventually became Branch Manager for TCF Bank in Shorewood, WI. The job was as stressful as they came, and I missed my sons first words, first steps, and so much more. That really got to me, and I didn't want to miss any more of my son growing up. I mentioned it to my landlord at the time, and told her I was looking for a position closer to home. She offered me a job working for her remodeling apartments, and two weeks later I started. It was supposed to be a temporary thing until I found a banking job closer to home. But I really enjoyed working with my hands again. Here it is almost 8 years later, and I'm still here. The thought of returning to banking makes me sick now. So, I've finally enrolled at Gateway to work on my degree in electrical engineering. Wish me luck, I should graduate right about time to retire! :)
