Pamela J. Thompson Cady

Left Wisconsin in '65 to study in Colorado. Graduated from U of Denver in '69, moved to Aspen. Married in 1970 and moved to Steamboat Springs where we lived in the country with dogs, horses and tons of snow! I taught French & English in the Jr. High there. In early 80's I took an interesting job in San Diego where I lived the single life for 30 some years (working, rehabbed 2 Spanish houses) till I met my husband, Dene Cady, 15 years ago. I retired from the federal court system and we moved to Bellingham, WA in '08; we very much enjoy living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I spend afternoons with my horse, then gardening, outdoor activities, photography, and working w/a marvelous therapeutic riding center.

I recall decorating the gym for dances, going to football games (did we ever win?), struggling through algebra in Mr. Goucho's class, French classes with a darling little nun who's name escapes me, the P.A. system, those horrid uniforms (which I like to forget) & rolling up the waistbands of the skirts to look more attractive (impossible). Mostly I wanted to graduate and go to Colorado!
