Lived in Miami, Florida until 1996 then moved to Pulaski, VA. Wanted to get closer to my family, in King George, so a job opened in Pulaski and we took it. Been here ever since. Right now I am the Fitness/Membership Director at our local YMCA. I am a health "nut." Always preaching about eating right and exercising. I never could sit still very well and still can't. I love my community. There are a lot of things to do here, expecially outside which is where I prefer to be. We have lakes and rivers and mountains and even a little beach at the lake. Their are trails for biking and running and in the Spring time it is beautiful. The winters are mild, but, in my opinion, last too long. I don't like the cold, although if I'm skiing or sledding or snow boarding, it's not so bad.
