Attending Merl Grove has helpde to shape me into the woman I am today. We had a Vice Principal who was truly a Tigress. She stood for integrity, pride, strength, honor, respect and best of all self will.

With those qualities embedded within us, we were sure to excel against any odds.

Schools today are not fortunate enough to have a teacher/Principal like Ms. Martin rooting for them which is why our children are left to work that much harder to keep their heads above the waters.

I believe that we were all born with a purpose and all I had to do was listen close enough so that God could guide me into doing what is my purpose
