Obtained a law degree and MBA from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. After graduation (1987), worked for Union Pacific Corporation (Omaha) in a variety of roles, including tax, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic planning. Joined EDS (Plano, TX) in 2000 to lead their Global Freight Transportation and Logistics practice. Then with Hewlett Packard (after merging with EDS in 2008) as the Vice-President of Strategic Planning with their Transportation practice. Now working for myself doing venture capital/private equity deals. Retirement hopefully coming soon !!

Was married for 18 years. Have two children, Rachel and Michael -- both healthy and active (baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, and horse-back riding).
