Retired Lakeland Police Department Police Officer/Detective in 1998. Retired as a Senior Fraud Investigator for GEICO in 2014 after 16+ years. Prior to the law enforcement career, was a four year member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneer Band. Also had a part as a police officer and detective in a movie (China Moon), starring Ed Harris, Madeleine Stowe and Benicio Del Toro. Actually took part in the ending shootout that killed Ed's character. Ooops, just gave away the ending!!

Way too many to list!! I guess one that stands out is "our group" being caught by Charlie Fuchs numerous times leaving the school grounds for a nutritious Grove Park McDonald's lunch. He gave us so many breaks, but finally had to take action by assigning us to an after school detention. There is actually a photo in the yearbook of us on "garbage can detail" during that detention. Mr. Fuchs then caught us gambling while serving that same detention. Even though we all suffered "five licks" from his paddle, Mr. Fuchs still cut us a break.....He quickly pointed out to us in the Code of Conduct that we actually could have been suspended for gambling on school grounds. That sort of took some of the pain away. He had quite the batter's swing!!
