I've always dreamed of living near water, preferably (salt/brackish). Thus, when I moved to PC, I chose to live on bayside water! (safer than beachside and still access to Gulf) Yes, I live near where they call it the "redneck riviera"..... I ignore that, and live my water life.... on a canal right off North Bay. But, I do work on the beach side for the Navy Base, (D,T&E stuff). So, I experience both styles of life!
School Story:

started that summer (June) to get away...
Had a blast and stayed put!

After 3 major surgeries (8 months), and being able to eat again after a year +. My sister from England insisted we go to a great place I recommended on the beach! We did well. (she had a blast!) And, you cannot tell I have 2 drains coming out of my abdomen. Great lunch and nice sand and salty air! Beginning of my new life of getting healthy and being alive, and enjoy why I live here!
