Rosalie (Lawrence) Searles, DeWitt, MI

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away in Mesa, AZ, on January 17, 2005. Rosalie was a beautiful person and will be missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Belle Lawrence; son, Perry Searles; brothers, Bobby and Max Lawrence; sisters, Shirley Heinrich, Betty Schlienz and Patsy Pranger; and nieces, Marlene Vincent and Jocolyn Heinrich. Surviving are her husband, Herb; sons, Scott (Sue) Searles and Jay (Regina) Searles; grandson, Jeremy Searles, who is serving in Iraq with the Marines; 4 other grandchildren; sister, Peggy (Mac) Halbert and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 21, at 10 a.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. DeWitt Chapel, 111 S. Franklin St., DeWitt. Interment will he held in DeWitt Cemetery, DeWitt. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Those desiring may make contributions to the Disabled American Veterans, chapter Eight, P.O.
