Ross A. Hill July 23, 1938 - April 7, 2017

Ross A. Hill, age 78, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017. Ross was born on July 23, 1938 in Lansing, the son of Gaylord and Leitha (Silver) Hill.  He served his country proudly with the U.S. Army and was a member of Gunnisonville United Methodist Church.  Ross was an active volunteer to several Greater Lansing organizations.  Surviving are children, Douglas Hill of Lansing, Jennifer Hill (Michael) Wilson of Alexandria, VA, and Lisa Hasberger of Belton, Missouri; 5 grandchildren, Renae Hill, Joshua and Bethanie Hasberger and Tegan and Emma Kay Wilson; great grandson, Lucian Brown; brother, Robert Hill and sisters, Jean (Frank) Green and Sue (Dick) Courter.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Gunnisonville United Methodist Church, 2031 Clark Rd, Bath, MI with Pastor Matt Kreh officiating.  Private family inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tuesday Toolmen Inc., Greater Lansing Housing Coalition, 600 W.
